The architectural design of developing countries is full of vigor and vitality, and it is a milestone in the history of world architecture. Purpose of the design of the exhibition is to absorb a most extensive design work of young people. At the same time, the exhibition will maximize the selection and recognition of the young man's creative work, which will promote the international architectural culture exchange.
Qualification
Both teachers and students, designers and design enthusiasts can participate in the domestic and foreign design institutions, allowing the individual or team (no more than 5) in the form of competition.
Submission requirements
1. The design work must be located in developing countries, can be built, in the construction or not built in the actual project, it can be a pilot study and discussion or students design work;
2. The design work of the drawing and the content is not limited, but electronic documents should be JPG or PDF format, its resolution should not be less than 100DPI;
3. The design work of the drawings should include a brief description of the design, to assist the work of the design intent and characteristics, the number of characters is not limited, but the language should be the Chinese (traditional, simplified) or English;
4. The competition only accepts electronic documents, and the electronic documents must do not exceed 50M, they must be sent to the e-mail box, SHEJIDAZHAN@163.COM.For the sake of fairness, the registration form is required to send to HES-ASIAPACIFIC@HOTMAIL.COM and ARCHITECTURESOCIETY@OUTLOOK.COM, to back up the registration information;
5. The electronic documents submitted by the participants include: registration form, design work, payment voucher or photo, electronic scan of student ID (if any), electronic scan of the recommendation (if any), the electronic scan of the award certificate (if any);
6.The deadline of application and payment is July 31, 2016. Submission deadline is August 31, 2016. The organizing committee will award in September 2016.

Note: the above awards will be issued by IAS,HESAP award certificate. Among them, the award-winning design works can be by virtue of certificate of award-winning pieces of electronic scanning directly obtained Excellence Award or better;those once in national level activities in the award-winning works, can directly receive Bronze Award or better; by the way, students design works after the teacher recommended by, direct access to the Nomination Award or better; all conforms to the work requirements of the entries submitted, can get Finalist Award or better. The organizing committee is likely to report some of the Best Architectural Design Award works by the Hongkong media, or interview some of the authors, but the specific circumstances need to be notified separately. Gold Award works and Best Architectural Design Award works, will also be collected and issued a collection certificate by HESAP.
To encourage students to participate in activities, the work of the students from all the teams will automatically nominated "2016 Global Students Design Competition" rating, share the Gold Award (5), Silver Award (50) and Bronze Award (100), Excellence Award(open-ended), Finalist Award (all comply with work requirements can be submitted directly to obtain Finalist Awards and above) . In December 2016, "2016 Global Students Design Competition" will award.
Entry fee
1. Entries must pay a small fee, to be paid in RMB currency or US dollars. The fee is paid to the contractor. Participants (each entry) in mainland China have to pay 1000 RMB (350 RMB for student work, the student must provide electronic scanning of the student card), participants (each entry) from other countries and regions have to pay U.S.$ 300 (U.S.$ 100 for student work, the student must provide electronic scanning of the student card).

一、主題：年輕人的創意
發展中國家的建築設計充滿活力、日新月異，是世界建築史上一段具有里程碑意義的篇章。本次設計大展，希望能夠最廣泛的吸納年輕人的設計作品，最大限度的評選並表彰年輕人的創意作品，以促進國際建築設計文化交流。
二、參賽資格
國內外設計院校師生、設計師、設計愛好者均可參賽，允許以個人或團隊（不超過5人）的形式參賽。
三、作品提交要求
1.設計作品必須選址於發展中國家，可以是已建、在建或者未建的實際專案，也可以是試驗性研究與探討或者是學生設計作業；
2.設計作品的圖紙圖幅以及內容不限，但電子檔應為JPG或者PDF格式，其解析度不應低於100DPI；
3.設計作品的圖紙中應包括簡要的設計說明，能夠輔助說明作品的設計意圖和特色，字元數不限，但語言文字應為中文（繁體、簡體均可）或者英文；
4.本次大賽只接受設計作品的電子檔，且電子檔不要超過50M，須連同報名表一併同時發送至組委會指定的電子郵箱：SHEJIDAZHAN@163.COM，為公平起見，報名表需要再次單獨發送至主辦方的電子郵箱：ARCHITECTURESOCIETY@OUTLOOK.COM和HES-ASIAPACIFIC@HOTMAIL.COM，以備份報名資訊；
5.參賽者須提交的電子檔包括：報名表、設計作品、繳費憑證的截圖或照片，學生證件的電子掃描件（若有）、指導教師推薦意見的電子掃描件（若有）、參賽設計作品在其他賽事獲獎證書的電子掃描件（若有）；
6.報名交費截止日期為2016年7月31日，作品提交截止日期為2016年8月31日，組委會將於2016年9月評獎並頒發證書。

注意事項：以上7個級別的獎項將由國際建築學會、亞洲太平洋地區人居環境學會簽發獲獎證書。其中，在各級別競賽、展覽、學術活動中獲獎的設計作品，可憑藉獲獎證書的電子掃描件直接獲得優秀獎及以上獎項；而在國家級別競賽、展覽、學術活動中獲獎的設計作品，可憑藉獲獎證書的電子掃描件直接獲得銅獎及以上獎項；值得一提的是，學生設計作品經指導教師推薦之後，可直接獲得提名獎及以上獎項，但應提交包含有推薦意見（中文或者英文）和指導教師簽名的電子掃描件；所有符合作品提交要求的參賽作品，均可獲得入圍獎及以上獎項。對於部分獲得最佳建築設計獎的作品，組委會將可能組織香港媒體進行報導或者對作者進行訪談，具體情況另行通知。獲得金獎及以上獎項的設計作品，除了獲得獲獎證書外，還將由亞洲太平洋地區人居環境學會收藏，並頒發收藏證書。
為鼓勵學生參與活動，所有參賽的學生作品將自動入圍“2016國際學生設計競賽”評比，分享金獎（5項）、銀獎（50項）、銅獎（100項）、優秀獎（不限名額）、入圍獎（符合作品提交要求的專案均可直接獲得入圍獎及以上獎項）等五個級別的獎項。“2016國際學生設計競賽”將於2016年12月進行評獎。
六、費用
1.參賽作品須繳納少量費用，支付幣種應為人民幣或者美元。該費用將由承辦機構收取。中國大陸地區的參賽者（每個參賽專案）須繳納1000元人民幣（學生作品為350元人民幣，需提供學生證件的電子掃描件），其他國家和地區的參賽者（每個參賽專案）須繳納300美元（學生作品為100美元，需提供學生證件的電子掃描件）。
